Established in the year 2010, TiE Coimbatore became the 56th chapter (franchise) of TiE. It was created to foster the entrepreneurial spirit primarily in Coimbatore and its surrounding districts of the Kongu region. It has grown to include members from the rest of Tamil Nadu state too. The chapter comprises of founders, business leaders and professionals representing multiple domains of business.

The chapter holds the pride of having been the first chapter in the world to have an “All Women Board”
